You're making this easy, now. I'm a player in your faction asking you to do something and your response is "Er. Who are you?" Not good enough, mate. Had you been on anything approaching regularly then you would know who I am and the characters I play. As the leader of the faction I consider that wholly a failure on your part.

If you were on more often and actually voicing the concerns that make you think this, then I'd be inclined to fix them and see what I could do. Because that is how these things typically work.

Spare me your patronising tone, I've voiced them here, now, and mentioned them to the powers that be at the time when I was heavily RPing the character in question. You were nowhere to be seen or heard of. I have a character on this server and that gives me the same right to freedom of speech as you do. When was the last time you logged in regularly, anyway? How do you know my schedule or which time-zone I play in?

I'm going to ignore the rest of what you wrote since it seems to be out of purely emotional spite at this point. I want to hit on two points.

1. I'm on regularly. I'm on for multiple hours a day. At least, I'd modestly say, 2-4 every day? I have not once, at least within the past... week? Seen you on... I'm not sure how this is at all a fail on my position of FL, as I'm putting in the necessary hours. If, however, you still have a problem with this, or you for some reason see it absurd that I am not on during your timezone, or have another issue; then feel free to Private Message me or start a new thread. However I am putting in the hours every day, and that can easily be vouched for.

2. You never voiced any of your concerns/problems with ME did you? You said you did with 'the powers at the time' and 'right now'. Well the first one, at least I assume, was not me. And the second one is a little bit late to the fact. You can't lay claim to it's a fail to my status if you never brought up the issues where I could weigh them. (For instance, my issue, I brought up here and left here for a few days in hopes they'd be seen and addressed. I waited to flip out on said person until -AFTER- I gave them viable time to fix it and be addressed by -that person-.)

I, in all honesty, can't say I've seen you on at all really. Therefore this obviously won't be something we can address IG so again, feel free to PM me. Like I stated above. If you have an issue with me over anything, start an appropriate thread or Private Message so you can address it with -ME-, not the 'higher power' currently on 2 weeks ago at the time (Figuratively speaking).

Also~ I'm not really sure how this is all applicable if 'your Asha'man' was kicked out of the Faction...? If you mean you're trying to get back into the Black Tower and need to contact a M'hael, then again, a PM. RP can be handled over PMs if timezones are incapable of being met.

Well I've had much fun since my last week of returning. Grand is awesome, always helping people and a great storyteller. He has helped me specifically in many different aspects. Even with the Cotl being mostly only me, and spike when he has time, I've found it quite fun.

Kerry, has also helped me in setting up character portraits and random questions I send to her. Now if she would just take my dang treaty so we can rp cross factions! .

But the WT has several things to RP. A novice or channie. Younglings. Warders. Defenders. When im all alone and have nothing to do, I just flop over. I really don't like novice rp, I find the BT much more entertaining, I can still switch just to enjoy some good ole rp. Grand is always pushing other faction rpes. Hes a very busy man.

I understand the frustration, but you must understand that any time a sedai leaves the tower, something or someone wants to kill them. EG, don't leave. If that's what they enjoy in rp the most, you must strike out on your own, or attempt to find ways to rp with them. Several times as of late, ive seen them outside of the tower. Its just their occasional rp, they stick to within the tower. Cant fault them for that.

Enough is enough. This is going round in circles and is hurting us, the conduct of some members in this thread is simply unacceptable and I will be speaking to those this applies to in person.

I will take this opportunity to remind all players that we have a complaints procedure and it is important this is followed. Grievances in the first instance goes to the Officers via PM who are empowered to arbitrate on behalf of the lead. If due process is not followed then that will have consequences for the offending player.
